Mazars unique executive management thought leadership programme THRIVE was recently awarded top honours for being the Best Strategic Change and Marketing Project of the Year by performance agency LRMG at Café Africa 2013, an event co-sponsored by LRMG and global innovative learning pioneers, SkillSoft.
The accolade was bestowed on the professional services firm’s THRIVE programme for its innovative use of a blended learning approach which encompasses classic contact training, a mix of engaging e-learning solutions and strategic conversations. The programme allows candidates to work at their own pace and in their own time within a structured learning framework.

THRIVE is a programme that will help unlock the potential of Mazars collective intelligence. The firm prioritises executive development values stewardship in the drive for developing leaders at all levels. This is especially important now in a time where values led leadership is a priority in challenging business times globally.
Mazars has also been invited to submit a proposal for consideration to share the THRIVE blended learning model at SkillSoft Perspectives 2014, an international showcase of learning best practice and trends to be held in Las Vegas in the United States in April 2014.
