Accsys, a member of the Business Connexion Group (BCX) and national supplier of people management software and hardware solutions within the HR, payroll and time & attendance space, has been running a successful internship program for five years.  

 

And the company is on the look out for interns again…….

 

Although the position does not require any formal work experience, candidates are expected to meet specific criteria in terms of their high school education, including:

 

• Matric passed with exemption
• Passed Maths, Maths Literacy and/ or Accounting in Matric.
• Passed English

 

As a people development specialist company Accsys offers a two National Diploma in Payroll Administration or a one year Certificate. These qualifications can both be acquired through the company’s eLearning program.

 

While the course can be completed through distance learning, a learn while you earn internship is the most effective, as it combines the academic skills with business experience.

 

For this reason, Accsys PeoplePlace offers a special service to to link potential learners with companies that are looking to take on interns and offer them this learning opportunity.   Accsys also takes on interns twice a year.

 

The fourth set of learners is already in place in this initiative.  Executive management at Accsys is very proud of the success of its former interns, some of whom are working as Payroll Management and Payroll Administrators at companies in the Cape and Gauteng.
